I am running and riding in the Team Ortho Minneapolis Dualathon (5k run–18 mile bike–5k run) in less than two weeks. Should be a great race. It is now the largest dualathon in the U.S. I haven’t been training real hard (bad knees), but I know I can finish–and to me that’s the best part.
